Ukodhiko’s Bill for Federal University Teaching Hospital in Isoko Clears Third Reading”
The House of Representatives has passed Hon. Jonathan Ukodhiko’s sponsored bill establishing a University Teaching Hospital at Erawha-Owhe, in Isoko North Local Government Area of Delta State.
The passage of the bill was sequel to presentation and consideration of a report by the Majority Leader of the House, Hon. (Prof.) Julius Ihonvbere on Thursday.
Commenting on the passage of the bill, the sponsor of the bill, Hon. Ukodhiko expressed appreciation to the leadership and members of the House led by the Speaker, Rt Hon Tajudeen Abass, for their kind consideration, and continued support.
The Isoko federal lawmaker stated, “when established, the University Teaching Hospital will further enhance the teaching, research and extension of knowledge in the fields of medicine.”
He assured his constituents of his commitment to the actualisation of their aspirations and hopes through bills, projects and empowerment programmes that will bring about infrastructural and human capital development in the constituency.
